These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Whitetail Master Academy LLC (“Whitetail Master Academy,” “WMA,” “we,” “us”) for using whitetailmasteracademy.com, including free accounts, Premium Plus memberships, gift cards, the Referral Rewards Program and everything on the site. By creating an account, buying a membership or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy a membership. Younger users may use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Each account is for one person. Don’t share your login or let others use your account. We may limit or close accounts that are shared.
• You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at info@whitetailmasteracademy.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

2. Free accounts

A free account lets you watch the videos marked Free, comment on videos and articles, and receive our emails. We may change what’s included with free accounts at any time.

3. Premium Plus membership and billing

• What’s included: access to the full video library and members-only features described on our Memberships page, such as live sessions, partner discounts and member giveaways. Features and content may change over time as we add, update or retire videos.
• Price and billing: the price is shown at checkout. Memberships are billed in advance for each billing period: monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
• Automatic renewal: your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we’ll charge your payment method on file at the then-current rate, until you cancel. For yearly memberships, we email you a reminder about three weeks before each renewal.
• Founding Member Rate: members who were upgraded from our former Premium plan keep their current rate for as long as their membership stays active without interruption. If a membership is canceled or lapses, the founding rate ends and future memberships are at the regular price.
• Price changes: if the regular price changes, we’ll give you notice before it applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you don’t want to continue.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and your access may be paused until payment is updated in My Account.
• Taxes: prices may not include applicable sales taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

4. Canceling

You can cancel anytime in My Account › My Subscription, or by emailing us. When you cancel, automatic renewal stops and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t charge cancellation fees.

5. Gift cards

• A Premium Plus digital gift card includes a one-time-use code emailed after purchase. It covers the first year of a Premium Plus membership.
• After the first year, the membership renews at the regular price unless it’s canceled, the same as any membership.
• Gift cards aren’t redeemable for cash and can’t be replaced if lost or shared publicly, except where required by law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Using our videos and content

All videos, articles, graphics, logos and other content on the site are owned by WMA or our content partners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. While your account is in good standing, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to view the content for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

• download, record, copy, re-upload or redistribute videos or other content;
• share paid content or your login with people who aren’t members;
• use the content to train or build other products or services, or scrape the site with bots;
• remove copyright notices or try to get around access controls.

8. Comments, photos and other content you post

You own what you post, such as comments, live chat messages, profile photos and articles you submit as a site writer. By posting it, you give WMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share it on our website and related channels in connection with WMA. You’re responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

We may review, hold for approval, edit for length or formatting, or remove any content at our discretion, for example comments from new accounts, comments with multiple links, or anything that breaks our community rules.

9. Community rules

Keep it respectful and useful. Don’t post anything that is:

• harassing, hateful, threatening or abusive;
• spam, advertising or self-promotion without our permission;
• illegal, including content promoting poaching or illegal hunting practices;
• someone else’s private information or copyrighted material;
• misleading, or impersonating another person.

The same rules apply in live session chats. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Partner discounts and outside links

Member discounts are offered by our partner brands and are subject to each partner’s terms. Partners may change or end offers at any time, and WMA isn’t responsible for partners’ products, services, shipping or websites. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we don’t control their content or practices.

11. Giveaways

Giveaways are governed by the official rules posted with each giveaway. If those rules conflict with these Terms, the giveaway’s official rules control for that giveaway.

12. Referral Rewards Program

Members can share a personal referral link from their account page. Here’s how the program works:

• Who can earn: members with an active, paid Premium Plus membership billed through our site. Free accounts can share their link but don’t earn credit.
• What counts: a referral counts when someone who is new to WMA follows your link, creates an account within 60 days of clicking it, and then buys a paid membership. Each new member can only be credited to one referrer, once. You can’t refer yourself or create extra accounts to earn credit.
• Reward: you earn $10 in renewal credit for each qualifying referral. Credit becomes available 30 days after your friend’s payment. If their membership is refunded or canceled before then, that credit is removed.
• How credit is used: available credit is applied automatically to your next membership renewal before your payment method is charged. Credit can reduce a renewal to $0 but never below; any remaining credit carries over to later renewals.
• Limits: credit has no cash value, can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and can only be used toward your own WMA membership renewals. Credit isn’t applied to gift cards or store purchases.
• Ending your membership: unused credit is forfeited if your membership ends or your account is closed.
• Fair use: don’t send spam, use paid ads that bid on our name, or post your link in places that don’t allow it. We may withhold or remove credit and remove anyone from the program for fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms.
• Changes: we may change the reward amount, rules or end the program at any time. Changes don’t affect credit you’ve already earned unless it was earned through abuse.

13. Hunting, safety and land management

Our content is for educational and entertainment purposes. You are responsible for following all federal, state and local hunting laws and regulations, licensing and permit requirements, landowner permissions, and safety practices, including tree stand, firearm and archery safety. Land management work such as using equipment, herbicides, fertilizer, prescribed fire or planting carries real risk; follow product labels, local regulations and professional guidance. Results such as deer harvests, antler size, and food plot or habitat outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

14. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WMA and its owners, experts, contractors and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for injuries, property damage or losses arising from your use of the site or from applying information from our content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold WMA harmless from claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

15. Ending your access

You can stop using the site and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, share your account, commit fraud, or file an improper chargeback. If we end your membership without cause, we’ll refund the unused portion of your current paid period.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@whitetailmasteracademy.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and WMA agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site changes. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we may also notify members by email. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
