We want every member to feel good about joining Whitetail Master Academy. Here’s exactly how refunds work. To request one, email info@whitetailmasteracademy.com with the email address on your account.

Premium Plus memberships

• First payment: full refund if requested within 7 days of your first Premium Plus payment.
• Automatic renewals: full refund if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.
• After 7 days: payments aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and you’ll keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• When a refund is issued, membership access ends. Founding Member Rates end if a membership is refunded or canceled.
• The 7-day guarantee is for one membership per person. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated join-and-refund cycles or shared accounts.

Gift cards

• Gift card purchases can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the code hasn’t been redeemed.
• Once a code is redeemed, the membership follows the Premium Plus rules above, starting from the redemption date. Refunds go to the original purchaser.
• Gift cards aren’t redeemable for cash.

Physical products

We’ll post return and refund details for physical products here when they become available in our shop.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. If you have a billing problem, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We’re happy to help and can usually fix things faster.
